NEW Frame Strips "C" Channels less expensive than extruded profiles, pre-taped, crystal clear, light weight and flexible.

Semi-Stock Frame Strips "C" Channels in widths of 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 3 1/2", 4 1/2" and 5 1/2" are available because we have the tooling and material but 3 working days must be allowed for production.

Custom Frame Strips "C" Channels are available in any width from 1" to 5 1/2". Maximum length of the "ac" Channel is 96". Non standard widths have a minimum run of 833 feet, as well as a $175 set up charge. Custom lengths range from 4" to 96" with no cutting charges. Allow 8 working days for custom sizes and material other than the standard clear .015 PVC.

Frame Strips "C" Channels can be provided with or without pressure sensitive tape. All stocked parts have tape. Our tape is 3m 467 (name plate adhesive) which is 3/4" wide.

• Use one strip of tape on "C" channel up to 2 1/2" wide, two strips are used on all sizes larger than 2 1/2".
• Will accept insert thickness up to .040 thick. Inside dimension on the "C" channels are specified width +.040.
• Can be used on poster board, foam board, styrene sheets, acrylic, glass or metal substrates.
• Reduces shipping costs because they are light weight, and are also cut easily with scissors.
